Within my department it is all about the bottom line and supporting a Good Old Boys mentality and overt favoritism. Team is good but the leadership is very biased and does not match the corporate ideology of diversity and inclusion. They also have very mixed directives for the team.

The newer team members are not as good as before the pandemic - and one whole department quit. But there are some dedicated people who work well as a team and want to do the best for our customers.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion is VERY lacking. Representation doesn't mean inclusion. High turnover and wait months before they fill a position. Ever changing incentives which allow people to work the system. They won't invest in fixing things that impact customer service

Not paid based on comparable positions in the city and what is expected. Need to overhaul the leadership team. They know how to manage operations and numbers, but have no idea how to lead a team with integrity and the company values.
