I given my 100% efforts to new developments CI/CD. After all I didn't get the hike. I'm doing client 100% work from 2Years onwards but not getting the billing.
I'm getting recognized by the customer, but my compensation is less I feel. as of now I have only 10 or 12% from last 4Years even though getting appreciations and supporting additional projects.
New challenges, but not regularly. When we have a time in work that time we are ready to face challanges but sometimes work is too high and challanges are also comeing it is very burden. That time unable to deliver things to customer it leads customer unhappy.
I'm in CR since last 3Years. First year I have implemented automation process no increment, 2nd year I have minimum increment even I got client appreciation and 3year I did 2 to 3 projects but less appreciation. I'm doing work but billing is not on me from last 3years. Please look into this.
I'm working since 3-years. I got 4% only in one year. I got rockstar award and i got 2 times appreciation mails from client. still i didn't received hike. I expected 50% hike overall but still i got 4% hike that to only one year. Because of my work overall team got the appreciation as well.
