literally nothing. there's some things i tolerate like cooking and stocking shelves, but i don't enjoy the work at all

less favoritism of first shift, more management on other shifts, better screening for future employees, less aversion to firing existing employees, more clearly laid out responsibilities that stay the same and don't change every week

too is expected of retail workers in general in this country and although cumberland farms tried to make up the difference, it wasn't a consistent pay boost, it was an incentivised pay boost, so not everyone took it seriously and it would ruin it for the rest of us who depended on that extra cash
