Its confusing because I have one type of experience at Everbridge and another at the company that was purchased by Everbridge. So I would say that my overall experience at xMatters is that of empathy, personalized attention and overall same team mission. Whereas at Everbridge I sense a lot of chaos

My team is enthusiastic about what they do. they help each other when its needed and they communicate clearly. There is trust and a sense of camaraderie.

Provide more follow-up on decisions. Like a conversation with the hiring manager about why pay rates have gone up and how that. will impact the team. By not having conversations about decisions made in the upper levels it is harder to manage downstream.

I feel undervalued because every time i reach out to HR i don't actually get a response unless I do it repeatedly. I am still waiting on a response from when i reached out a month ago. In terms of compensation it would be great to know what is being done to level up the entire staff on compensation
