
It's a more male dominated work environment. I'd say I get along with both genders but activities seem to be more male focused

Again, I think if you asked my managers that I would be rated as an exceptional employee but there is no reward for being exceptional.

Being challenged as well as being asked my opinion. Working under a previous manager he would always look to 'have the last word' with my ideas. It was very frustrating and unprofessional on his part

I think establishing goals with employees and really following through with them with a reward. Stop giving us the cheap free swag that feels like gets donated within 6 months. I'd rather get a nice gift like a Minky blanket (shout out to Anne) once a quarter than 5 small items

Working under different managers we either set goals with no rewards and/or set no goals at all. Being a younger employee and the most driven in my career at this point it is frustrating that I should set goals with a manager and get exceptional reviews with just a pat on the back.
