I love the opportunity to learn, but I dont love the managers and executives that run the company in our division. There is a need to hire managers from outside the company to improve the culture right now.

Clear disconnect between FSE's and Local employees. Non-Korean employees dont get the same attention, and promotions, as Korean-speaking employees do. Also, internal systems are archaic and add stress to employee to get menial reporting tasks done.

Bonus and yearly compensation could be much better. It barely creeps above the 5% mark, which is annual inflation rate. So you dont really see a benefit of it in real terms. Also, promotions are hard to come by for those not speaking Korean

Need a serious change in executive leadership. People leave managers, not companies. Some managers are micromanagers and some just dont pay attention to employee needs of trust. I believe that hiring managers from outside the company should become a thing to change the culture of the company
