Liberty Mutual Insurance – Luberty mutual raised rates exorbitanly without notification after being a liyal customer over 15 years. No accidents. Charged enormous cancellation fee. Contacted numerous times and asked for supervisor to discuss. No callback and was sent to collections after 20 days.
