I love the people at our company and truly believe that John and the new leadership team are capable to creating an amazing place for people to work. I feel that the company has provided new roles/opportunities for me through the years and with each new role it has helped me to grow professionally.

The new leadership is coming in and bringing new ideas and really trying to make it a people first culture. I feel that roles are being more clearly defined and they are trying to think of creative ways to continue to reward and recognize a job well done.

I am excited now that I know change is on the way, but over the last several months have not been excited. My role is going to be more clearly defined and I am hoping my salary is going to be right sized to match my job responsibilities.

The leaders that I have worked closely with have truly been my advocates and worked hard to provide growth opportunities and what they can to retain me as an employee. I have felt supported during some very stressful times and it those people who have made me want to stay when I wanted to leave.

I know I am still severely underpaid for the work that I do. I came into the company several years ago and my small incremental raises/role changes have still not been enough to get me to where I should be. It was disheartening to find out that someone in a similar role to me earns $20k more!
