The customer service is poor because of how stressed the workers are. There needs to be less downsizing. The execs should take a pay cut to have more employees working to improve customer experience and lessen the individual workload.

There is a constant fear of downsizing. This business is dying and we cannot keep up with the competition. Constant cuts are being made while the workload and pressure increases. The past five years have been a downward spiral. There is a high level of favoritism as well.
