The only leadership I've seen is with my store manager. The only things we get from higher is complaints, and new job duties/services to sell with little to no training.

Stop raising prices, adding new job duties, and cutting payroll. Also, fire your procurement people. If we're actually losing money on laptops and printers then someone is doing something wrong on the executive level.
