We were forced into fake positive events.. They would literally create fake awards just for social media photo ops to pretend it was a happy place.. The only good thing in that store were the associates, training them and seeing their excitement when succeeding at their role.

To accept that not everyone needs to fit a mold that is a kind of an all or nothing formula. Some employees can be amazing with shipment and handle the register very well, but they can't get enough sign-ups or credit cards? Guess they'll be part-time forever.

Culture only exists for the higher ups. If you're at the bottom of the totem pole, you're nothing but a dispensable worker, and the company proves that by not wanting to invest in you or give you a reason to stay

We need more positive than negative in the store they need to quit hiring so many people and give everybody a 40-hour work week that would be nice instead of hiring people and only given them 20 to 25 hours a week if that many sometimes you don't even get that
