Team building meetings. Minding their own business

Communication and work together instead of against one another . Be more helpful when employee is needing extra help on the floor

If the higher level management gave more engaging feedback rather then attack staff people wouldn't blame others for things. To improve things with coworkers you need to eliminate the fear of being attacked by your boss across all staff.

There are clear haves and have-nots between all the coworkers, where the social butterflies always have the biggest sway and advance their careers regardless of seniority.

You need to improve your coworkers. I got sexually harassed.

Meetings are nothing but scripts rehashed every year. Never bring new information about products, only throw in buzzwords to make a customer think they sound cool and new and innovative.
