What do you like best about the leadership team?

They will push you to the best

All questions are welcomed and everybody will be available to guide you

Everyone is amazing and is always on task, and when things get messy we work together as a team.

Most of the leadership team is encouraging and supportive.

Show up on time everyday

That they are actually a "leadership team" iv met people have higher titles but don't play the role that goes along with it. My team leaders are amazing I personally have learned so much from them and I truly enjoy my job

Some of them are friendly and will help you out if you need it.

They focus on the actual team as people and not as just subordinates. This is RARE in my district. I appreciate how they can be flexible in working around schedules when they can.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

COMMUNICATION NEEDS SO MUCH WORK

Paying attention to problem areas in the workplace and being more hands on with coming up with a solution.

Communication, team building skills, people interaction, and they need to keep home life problems out of the workplace

This place makes me feel like i am worthless & I have mever been treated this way ever.

They need to get better at communicating

Leading by example. Be more supportive. Dont play favorites

Clear communication of expectations, giving feed back in a non condescending manner, working as a team with everyone and not just those that they favor. Fairness across the board for time and attendance, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of job performance.

They need to get better at treating the associates with respect They talk down to us they pick favorites and if you're not as favorite you don't get any hours or any respect all of the employees are unhappy, & management doesn't care the general manager pulls us aside to talk bad about our coworkers

The entire leadership team at my store in specific pick their favorite associates to treat respectfully and give the most hours to, they talk down to those they dont like, they need to learn how to treat people none of the employees are happy there and the managers dont care

All of the managers in the store should learn how to treat people with respect, they talk down to the associates and when we try to stand up for ourselves we experience retaliation, such as our hours being cut due to "performance issues"

Needs to be cleaner organized needs a better manager and hiring team because they do not properley show you or tell you anything about your job

Leadership team causes a lot of drama through out the store and is always gossiping about employees as well as talking about how much they get paid. Very rude to discuss with employees.
