Clear communication of expectations, giving feed back in a non condescending manner, working as a team with everyone and not just those that they favor. Fairness across the board for time and attendance, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of job performance.
They need to get better at treating the associates with respect They talk down to us they pick favorites and if you're not as favorite you don't get any hours or any respect all of the employees are unhappy, & management doesn't care the general manager pulls us aside to talk bad about our coworkers

The entire leadership team at my store in specific pick their favorite associates to treat respectfully and give the most hours to, they talk down to those they dont like, they need to learn how to treat people none of the employees are happy there and the managers dont care
All of the managers in the store should learn how to treat people with respect, they talk down to the associates and when we try to stand up for ourselves we experience retaliation, such as our hours being cut due to "performance issues"

Leadership team causes a lot of drama through out the store and is always gossiping about employees as well as talking about how much they get paid. Very rude to discuss with employees.
