Employee morale is poor due to the fact that most managers do absolutely nothing except push the employees to get credit cards so that they can get their bonuses. Employees get no incentive for getting credit card applications. Poor work environment.

The geographical differences have also levelized since Covid because so many companies have switched to Telework. We are losing people right and left to other companies making offers at the same levels for $20k to $30k more.
