Training is a joke, yet you're still held accountable for things you don't know. Benefits are the only thing I thoroughly enjoy about this job. I never feel good enough for them.
Sam's Club: Horrible management. Everyone was getting paid more than me even though i uad the experience.

Marriott: Very sad service. Started at checking Friday. We leave tomorrow. Very dissatisfied. Friday night agent rude. Sunday person claimed to be general manager. Working on a Sunday. I was customer service for 37 years. The two women are a lousy face for Marriott.

Harbor Freight Tools: Ive been there for almost 2 years, ive been spilt at,had racial slurs thrown at me, and sexual harrassed by the customers on a semi constant basis, all over a free flash light coupon that was expired

Elior North America: They encourage a toxic and hostile work environment. If you ask for the harassment to be handled they say it's just how the person is and its ok for them to verbally and emotionally abuse you and you need to go to the person because they do not want to hear about it again. Worst job ever!

DTE Energy: DTE is a decent place to work overall. The company appears to care about employees. Growth opportunity depends upon role and group. Pay and benefits are above average; management perks are even better. Promotions not always made from inside. Company can be overly political.
Foundever: Sitel has been so consistently reliable, when the pandemic occurred in our country Sitel easily adjust to the situation. Providing us work by work from home set up.

Very insensitive people that give zero cares about the health of their employees, threatens their employees with their OWN jobs. As well as being ABSOLUTELY unprofessional when speaking to their team players. AWFUL.

JetBlue Airways: We have never experienced such rudeness, lack of empathy, abd concern for our well being. Airplane sit on the tarmac for 52 minutes, making our connection not available to us. We had to sit in the airport all night long. Upon landing-mobility scooter was severely damaged!
Harbor Freight Tools: I love some of the people I work with! However some of them like to joke about me not having a job much longer including the sales manager and store manager as well as the new sales supervisor! I don't appreciate them joking about my job. I also dont like the way they treat other associates!

If working closing you have to stay till call queue is cleared, but management clocks out the minute their shift is up. HEY, maybe stay and help?

TopGolf: I've been with Topgolf for over 4 years and have truly enjoyed working here. Being in the restaurant business my entire career, this has been a good mix of Food & Bev and FUN!
Pep Boys: Honestly worst job up to date. Not even gonna put it on my resume due to how garbage this job is. I was hired in and was told my hours and days I work won't change. Spoilers. They changed. Now im not making 40 hours when promised. Nor am I getting the lunches they said were required.
Pep Boys: After the change of management at my store I havent been given lunches when required. Nor have I been allowed any breaks other than the ones I HAVE to take secretly. My schedule changed yet when I was hired on I was told it would never change. I will never work at a pep boys again due to this.

TopGolf: I have had my last interview in business unless I am going for a promotion. I can be myself and feel comfortable in my own skin. There is nowhere else I want to work; even if I was given a huge raise to go somewhere else; the experience and culture outweighs any amount of money.
Target: was treated with zero respect, expected to preform a workload far in excess than what would have been fair, constantly verbally abused by customers.
Gulfstream Aerospace: Contract employees are treated like second class citizens, frequency of layoffs are not consistent but almost always guaranteed. The culture is a typical corporate environment, "good ole boy" system is definitely here. Do not apply unless direct hired. Zero benefit as a contractor.

SABIC: Outdated plantsite in an outdated industry. Not really looking to the future. Very stubborn in their management practices. Still behaving like its a GE company with no other competition for jobs. Most areas are frozen due to lack of employees, so be prepared to be stuck in an area for 7-10 years .

UPS: great people, very hard working, have a great skills
Baker Hughes: Contradictory culture and can be judgemental, broken promises, you learn who's under who's wing. Alot gets thrown under the rug. Yearly raises if you're lucky the company gives any. Don't expect not to be judged over everything. You go in and get out.
