You basically get what you put in and I like that! Other places I've worked promoted based on tenure and not on Skills or Performance.

LHC Group: My work is valued by my patients and the company. I can usually maintain my work-life balance. On call should be better compensated, our benefits are mediocre and we earn PTO at a poor rate compared to most companies in our area.

Nucor Corporation: I started here with zero experience. Ive grown as an employee, father, husband and over all person. The things ive learned about safety, ive taken home with me. Ive surpassed many financial goals that I never thought I could even reach.

Foundever: Good but could be better
Nucor Corporation: Having a full day (which I do) and being able to complete tasks correctly and efficiently, especially when there are issues.
LHC Group: The positive culture of LHC gives me a strong sense of pride in the organization. It's true what that if you "love what you do , you never work a day in your life." Leadership is supportive and approachable , and motivate employees. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
LHC Group: I love LHC, however their are a lot of imporvments that could be done as a company to compete in todays market and retain the employees that has been loyal and stuck through thick and thin of the up's and downs.
Gopuff: Lots of different assignments, tasks and managers. Too much group think and ambiguity and an over reliance on collaborative decisions versus leadership owning the plan and implementation of the execution. My experience has been a good and I have learned new perspectives.

LHC Group: Good and bad. We are currently experiencing some leadership challenges, staffing shortages, and some personality "issues" that will likely be overcome...over time.

When our mill was about 15 years old, we invested another $100+ million to stay ahead of competition and leading edge of technology. That shows confidence in our group!!
Taco Bell: I feel as though we do not get paid enough so most of us that work at taco bell as adults have to get second jobs, but at tgis point there are no incentives gor me to stay i have a list of other things thats wrong with the establishment

LHC Group: It's a very positive experience but what hurts is being short staffed and having to drive to some visits that are an hr away, I would be very more productive if my patients were to so far away from each other, so I find myself having to chart when I get home, so I feel like I have no downtime

Nucor Corporation: Over twenty years of sometimes hard work and sometimes long hours, but always surrounded by the support of others, and I feel like my time and effort has been well compensated.
LHC Group: I am not a job hopper so I continue to do my best to stay positive and work hard. I like my job and benefits provided; I just feel that LHC does not do a good job of showing appreciation to staff that have stayed and remained loyal. I wish it more possible to stay with LHC and advance.
