The Wonderful Company: The company has good benefits for their employees. A more diverse leadership team would make a huge difference. Listen to your employees and lower levels when they have problems, the managers/directors currently are not effective and treatment of their teams is unacceptable.

Healthcare Services Group: I make $9.00 an hour. The physical demands of my job should make the pay at least $12.00 hourly. The management at my facility all speak the right words to make us feel valued. Words don't last very long when you're struggling to pay for gas to get to work. Or before/after-school childcare.

When i hear stories of others not being empowered by their managers and having to deal with certain gender biases, I get infuriated. I hope that we can change that culture. I also hope we can get paid better. We aren't!

GoDaddy: I started off in customer service on the phones and worked my way up until I found myself at the data center. The road was not always easy, but I worked hard to be where I am today and I couldn't be happier with myself. This company rewards those that put in the time to succeed.
