Option Care: This company used to be better and focuses on patient care a year ago. Recently there's been a lot of changes and everything is about metrics and cutting costs. Now, cutting dissolving positions and replacing them with new ones so they can pay them less.
USIC: They say thanks for us making them their paychecks all while complaining we don't do enough and making it harder and expecting the same result. And you shouldn't have to ask for a raise wjen your audited and have constant eyes on your work, but as soon as you make a mistake, the world is coming down

HubSpot: Never was given a real shot to grow. Had high manager turnover and the goal post moves every year. Salary does not match my value or experience. Each manager I get is overworked and has no time for growth or development for us. I am surviving rather than working, not the best feeling.
