Herman Miller: The office jobs supposedly are very forgiving compared to the warehouse: It is not uncommon for a supervisor of sorts to speak down to you after you come to them with an issue. Basic workplace ethics are not a priority. Favoritism is obvious. Raises are nonexistent unless you're able to do more.

Elsevier: Good company with long term vision and great people policy. But the local management are not fully subscribed to them. They just put checks in boxes trying to look okay on books and really not following it in spitits.

Consilio: I work with great people. Management, however, is too busy to effectively manage people. My growth and concerns are ignored. Our annual pay raise was abysmal and did not match the growing expectations of time and stress placed upon us. Consilio needs to treat its staff better.

Autodesk: I like the company overall, we have good benefits and I like the culture. My specific team is overwhelmed and overloaded, but the company as a whole is great.

UT Health San Antonio: Started off on wrong foot when transitioned from contract to full-time employee when pay decreased. I was not told this ahead of time and therefore I was not continuing to interview or seek other employment. Lost my positive feelings about the HR system not being transparent.
Petco: Love it here! My coworkers are much like family. We all get along very well, and we are all there to support each other!

Public Storage: Great compensation and collaborative teams at all levels of the organization. Company is still very agile despite it's size. Decision making from the top is quick to try new initiatives or end them if they don't improve customer service, gain efficiencies or grow the business.
