Its been great I have worked really hard and moved up quickly and effectively and its been great cause im not one to get comfortable in one position i love moving up or having a challenge to complete cause i want to win everything

Well at the moment i dont have a DM i have a stand in DM and its marilin castellanos. She was the past DM and was all around a great leader when it came to respecting the fact i have a personal life and my opions as well as just being an overall great leader who is driven and kep the team driven.

My team is great we have a good culture all around in the store as well as we are all driven by the same thing (money) so it makes all of us happy when we're all doing good.
