The Company seems very profit / target orientated at the expense of the employee. The employment proposition is poor (pay and under whelming benefits). I find it hard to recommend.

I previously felt that I worked in an international company and now I feel that I work for a US centric organisation. I fear that the company is very much revenue driven over quality and this has negatively impacted me
