The salary is the best part. Paternity leave is crazy short and surprised it does not even offer 100% pay for the period. Dental insurance coverage is not enough. Optical coverage is not enough

Healthcare is too expensive in the US. In other places the health costs are 100% covered (for the individual at least). So why not in the US? $5000 deductible for a family after $6500 a year paid in premiums is too much and really cuts into what I get to keep of my paycheck.
