Our team is really collaborative and we actually enjoy working and having fun together. There is a lot of horsepower, but not a lot of egos, which is really refreshing.

I like that compensation at Samsung is very competitive. The comp package does not include RSUs, but total comp levels are very competitive with good bonus targets (for a plan that generally pays out above 100% and (for strong performers) cash-based long-term incentive awards.

For a successful technology company, there is not a lot of pressure. People work hard and are focused on success, but it doesn't feel internally competitive. The company regularly demonstrates its concern for the employees and their wellbeing and their COVID response was excellent.
