At first working at sephora was an enjoyable experience, but it unfortutely didn't last when I realized the middle management at my location was a little corrupt.

Being consistant with store policies and actually following store policies, treating all employees fairly, standing up for emplyees when clients treat employees abusively

Im required to do an enormous amount of work for while only getting paid minimum wage (for the county I work in). It would be appreciable if wages went up, or beauty advisors could make commision.
