People keep showing up sick during a pandemic to work and then you end upgetting sick and then are repremended for calling out sick to avoid gwtting others sick thats not fair because you are taking a precaution to not get other cast members sick to avoid affecting the business

Sephora is not wht it use to be it seems as it has become micro managed enviroment like Ulta . I have worked with a better team of leader ship and have been part of leaderahip for other cosmetic retailers
