Being able to try new products, being able to interact with the clients, help them find what they want, as well as seeing how happy people are after receiving a free 15 minute mini makeover

Communicating with "Cast Members", and treating them with respect as opposed to belittling them, as they immerse themselves in holier than thou syndrome. Also, they need to stop picking favorites and give each person the respect they deserve.

Because the "favorites" are always given the first choice and the best of everything, my hardworking often goes unnoticed because I actually do my job and domy treat management like they are deities, fair distribution of compensation based on work ethic and reliability
