have worked at sns for a very long time. I've seen many changes thru-ought the years. with new exempts in over 50 % of the stores , t is challenging to train and develop with a 3 person team.with vacations, supporting sister stores, and honestly the newer exempts think nothing of calling out. I

long term department managers, understand direction of company. Tho still driving home to them that sales floor merchandising is black and white. they miss being able to have flexibility in merchandising

while its understood about trying to meet metrix goals in each department, hours each period do not correlate to work load. ie cao/ marty 2.0 is much more time consuming than hours given. hydra hours and cao hours should be revisited
