Overall experience is Good. I feel like there is a big disconnect from Corporate to the Store levels (Communication, Reality, expectations). I do enjoy my job and continue to progress my career. It is just sometimes difficult to get contradicting information, added tasks, less time/hands to do them.

Being able to work as a team in order to achieve goals, no matter how small. The comradery between us all is almost family like (We are around each other more than our own families sometimes)

New hires from external are getting paid a very similar salary as me even with my years of experience with the company and with scoring high on my reviews the previous years. More is expected out of those who have been hired internally without compensation. Extra projects and work with no incentives
