this company is deaf to reality, we have zero help in the stores while we allow all competitors to pay significantly more... Quality of life is terrible, if i didnt have plans to go into the office id quit because this is no way to live a life while being significantly underpaid

The company needs to create more programs to promote sales growth, the overall merchandising of the stores related to seasonality trends and customer needs is pitiful

higher pay, operations associates used to paid higher than in office... currently the low pay has destroyed the talent levels amongst admin... the stores are toxic and the store associates hold a high degree of anger towrds the company for poor treatment and pay

managers have zero quality of life and are paid extremely poorly for the responsibilities that we have.. Multiple managers have died in my district due to stress related illnesses and the company has not reacted to date. This company cannot even give raises at the pace of inflation, embarrassing!!!!
