I don't have anything positive to say. The culture here is suffocating, and it's all predicated on who you're friends with.

There is zero consideration given to travel when exempts are transferred, and the attitude from people above store manager concerning it shows that they aren't concerned. That's fine - just don't act like you don't understand why you can't retain good people.

There is so much lip service given to quality of life - the company certainly doesn't treat exempts with any thought to quality of life. The prevailing opinion amongst exempts is that we're disposable, and you can see that just by looking at the amount of exempts that have left the company recently.
