since i started 17 years ago it has changed so much which change will happen in any company but the total moral and ways the company are moving is bringing teams down and associates are fleeing due to it.

positivity within the teams and being able to build good character. Letting our teams have some creativity with what we are doing for merchandising to bring in customers and keep fresh ideas coming in. To by the books in everything.

someone walking in with no experience shouldnt be paid more than someone with company knowledge of years experience. Also some reignition to those teams when they do well highlight their improvements or accomplishments. We put a lot of time into this company and loose out on quality family time.

they need to have more knowledge on their actually job and what they are responsible for. A NPM should not be asking a CSM how do you do this and that after being with the company for over a year in role. Was feedback given to DM on performance during training and shortly afterwards?

¿Qué va mal y cómo puede mejorarse?
I like family time and my work schedule as an asm is 3-4 nights a week and then some 9-6's and a 8-5 sometimes. We have to stay some days and work long weeks and owe me days take a while to come back. need more staffing in stores. 4 managers a store for support especially when vacations hit.
