Overall I believe that the employees need to be appreciated more, especially the employees that have been working with the company for years .. Also, think about the workers who got hired at $7/hr, as minimum wage keeps going up, our pay rate stayed the same, so new hires make almost the same as us

I have been working for Stop & Shop for 21 years this August, I recently became a full time employee & I only got a $3.00 raise after 21 years of loyal service with this company. It is not fair & no matter who u talk to about anything, no one cares. Plus, new hires now start @ $15, I only make $18
