I used to enjoy working for this company but it seems it is moving towards an environment where employees are very micromanaged. The company can lay off employees but spend obscene amounts of money on other projects. Leadership really needs to reevaluate their goals and their treatment of employees.

The people on my team are helpful and collaborative. Upper management could use some work as they are not helpful, collaborative or thoughtful of their employees.

I have a great manager on my team but that is not the case for many teams. Working with other teams can be difficult and many managers are not collaborative.

Increased pay. No mandatory in office as this is extremely costly and time consuming to commute and prepare to spend your days sitting at a desk. Half our meetings are still taken on teams in office anyways, it would be better to have more flexibility and be able to work from home as we please.

Better work life balance. Forcing employees to return to the office 3 days a week with only a month's notice is unrealistic. Employees have been able to successfully work from home for 3 years & there is no need for a mandatory 3 day office presence. The cost/time it takes to commute is not worth it

The yearly pay increase of 3% does not even match the rate of inflation. The salaries S&S pays are at the very low end of the market rate. This needs to change as the cost of living is increasing rapidly. Not to mention the mandatory return to office 3 days a week will increase commuter costs.
