I enjoy working for this company overall, however there is so much room for improvement, especially as far as compensation. I do not feel that all employees are differentiated enough when it comes to compensation and that is the number one thing that influences my perception of the job.

The stores should be paid the highest in terms of compensation because they are executing all of the companies goals and asks. The office employees are paid more to do less work, work less days, work from home for part of their schedule, and they do not see customers or face the hardships of a store
