Again, there is no transparency in how performance reviews are given and why ratings can be changed by someone other than a direct manager and director. There is no transparency in how to receive a promotion or raise. There is no opportunity for growth.

There is no transparency in how people are promoted/given a raise or rated on performance reviews. The company also "laid off" a great leader voicing his opinion. Anonymous ethics complaints claim this is normal...

There needs to be more transparency in the methods to get a raise or promotion. There are only certain people that can get promoted. Also, the leadership team can change your performance review because there is "no way" someone who has been with the company for a year can exceed expectations.
