Very bad .. there are a few folks ( my current manager and a few more) who all make life at the office bearable in addition to the challenging product and some challanging work

There are outstanding rating for every year in last decade but more than 5 years we are left with no hike no promotion and then it was make sure not skill or not right person for the job was moved up the ladder ..

Majority of them have no skills to do the job but director have no skill or background of support or understanding of the product, or right set of expectations, that makes a mess of the hiring and management team lack knowledge they didn't have any plan to skill the new hires so we many unfit folks
