No matter you put your blood and sweat into the work, the TCS appraisal system is so strtingent that even if you eligible for promotion as per the policy, they have hundreds of reason to not promote you. Employee motivation and engagement is zero.

Make the performance and appraisal system personalized. If the employee is performing extremely well, then he deserves to be valued and rewarded. I have spent 4.5 years with A, A, B and C banding and so far my increment is 4000 for 4 years.

TCS is ofcourse proving medical insurance. But its of no use for me as I am single mother staying with my 12 yrs old son and with the amount of salary i am paid I need education help and not medical as I do not have any elderly person to add as a beneficiary
