The guests that come in are what make me most happy at Texas Roadhouse. Meeting all of the different people and getting to get to know them while serving them is why I enjoy my job. If it wasn't for our customers, I wouldn't ever come back to this place.

We are responsible for the majority of the functions required to run the store, however, we are paid like we are just entering the workforce. They expect us to make our job our main priority, however they never make us a priority. Real benefits should be offered to us, not expensive, bare minimum.

The interview process at Texas Roadhouse was very simple. I only had to speak to one manager, had one day of orientation, three days of "shadowing" someone and then I took my validation test in front of a manager and was put on the floor the next day. I liked that I didn't have to wait weeks for pay
