Overall i love most of the people here, but i feel like management thinks of me as a child because i work as a food runner. I was told that if we only hired 2 shift leads that i might not get it, but i have worked more hours in the time that i have been here than any other food runner.

I have been working expo, while also running thr food for 2 weeks without correct compensation, and was told to be patient. The previous expo is no longer a playmaker here and the role is vacant but for some reason i am still yet to get a promotion.
