Overall I love working at Topgolf because of the playmakers around me. Our leadership team is one of a kind and is very helpful with developing playmakers and making sure everyone is comfortable. It's a lot of work so the 50 hours is needed but, if a team lead worked 50 hours making overtime for 10 of them they would make more than my salary with little to no responsibility.
