My experience has been positive. One of inclusion, respect, and trust. The pay is competitive, the hours are good. Vacation, holidays, and sick time are pretty good. They could have better insurance at a better price.

The pension and 401k match is good. The pay and benefits are good with the exception of insurance. The cost is too high, the deductible is too high.
