What is the best part about your compensation package?
USBank’s PoC are grossly underpaid for the same work that the white men and women are paid. Lack of promotions and notable recognition for Officer titles.

The compensation is very competitive with the market.

I think the pay is conservative but fair and I've seen several people move to a lower grade job and not have to take a decrease in pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and that is important to me.

My current tram collaborates when we have time and helps each other, and my managers are conscious of not over loading us with work. This hasn't always been the case in some divisions of the bank.

There is often a lot of change and normally that brings negativity but I do not see that here at US Bank.

I really enjoy my team and knowing that there is opportunity in the future.

I've had the opportunity to move jobs recently to do what I really like, and the bank gave me over $5k in tuition reimbursement per year to finish school.
