Review from IT Dept

the manager needs to be fired=she is vindictive and juvenile

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Operations Dept

more good motivation and better communication

Review from Operations Dept

If you ask any employee that works at the bank, they will tell you that they fear for their job everyday because this company just lets people go for hardly no reason at all. Instead of placing employees in different areas, they give them a severance package. They then hire those employees back in.

Review from Operations Dept

Better staffing, more compensation, better health benefits, more in person training, one on one mentoring for new managers, weekly checkpoints with district managers (1 on1 with each manager)

Review from Sales Dept

People just need to understand each other. Put in their fair share to get 5he job done every day.

Review from Operations Dept

the employees need to be cared for at a level closer to the shareholders
