Communication within their peers and employees
Review from Operations Dept
Cronyism runs rampant in this organization. The Branch Managers are overworked, under appreciated, and held accountable for their Commercial and Merchant Services Department’s failures. They also changed their Pinnacle Award into a participation trophy for non-scorecard employees which is total joke
Review from Executive Dept
Stop micromanaging but offer training and guidance instead
