Too woke to put the best interests of the Company first. Buy high and sell off low mindframe on acquisitions. No consistency in operations at the senior executive level which lends itself to a constant state of reorganization. Very demoralizing.

Good lord, it's tough to turn a battleship. More local organization autonomy, less wokeness, fewer consultants (hire competent management that has confidence in its decision making.

Company stopped hiring/promoting top tier talent 25 years ago and as a result there are far too many people over their heads. At least in North America. people need to turn their electronics off occasionally!
