No one is actually rated on their amount of experience. With the pay restructure-new hires make as much as many who have years in the company. Pay rate should have been adjusted accordingly.

When you don't treat all fairly and cater to some-it causes animosity. Granted, nothing is 100% fair, but should not be blatantly skewed. Also we need to be informed-everything is such a secret. That causes rumors and worry.

Upper management is clearly out of touch-focus solely on bottom line/metrics. No individual incentive to be productive when many individuals lack responsibility or aren't held accountable. Also treating members fair across the bored-certain individuals receive harsh reprimand while others do not.

Need better merchandise-seasonal/summer items for customers to shop here. SM's need actual experience. To easily promoted but do not know even as much as a shift or some cashiers who have more time in. Need to get out of their office more!
