servant leaders, not so dictator like. structure the demand so that we interrupt less, commit more accurately and increase the trust factor w/in the org and w/ our clients

Seeing the problems and actioning a plan that has a long term vision, not just surviving the moment. 1 - Smart Suite - no structure to this product 2- Demand Planning - we say yes to everything and pass the burden down to employees and out to clients 3 - Hire & Retain - all aspects must improve
