The culture would be considerably more positive if working from home was added as a flexible weekly benefit. 2 days in and 3 days remote. That is the best way to keep work life balance competitive in a post covid office culture.

I feel that my scope of knowledge is worth more monetarily. A person that has the will and ability to work multiple case types in a cross functional way should be allowed to. And they should be paid more for showing an enhanced skill set; even offered leadership opportunities as well.

Offering a flexible option 4 the foreseeable future 2 remain remote. I'm an exceptional employee working remotely & that should be taken into consideration as it pertains 2 IF I have 2 return 2 the office at all. My position is not customer facing, so me risking covid exposure daily in an office? Y?
