I have loved my experience here. I love what I do, I love the department I am in, I love my management team, I believe in the processes, and when everything goes as it should, everyone and everything is better and makes for the best day.

They are patient, understanding, always available, courteous, nice, and don't hover. Dry managers who micromanage are hard to work with.

My coworkers being family and getting to see them every day and loving what I do. I love when everything operates and flows as it should.

We all are family and work together to reach our goals even in the midst of a bad culture where processes are not enforced and problems go unaddressed or undisciplined.

I love our FOS, something I forgot to mention. They are EXCELLENT are the operation flow. Where they are lacking is disciplining others making them load and handle freight accurately to prevent damage and issuing instruction letters or written warnings.

The freight operations supervisors are what is wrong. They do not enforce safety rules and safe driving on the dock. Dockworkers constantly damage freight and supervisors turn a blind eye because they only care about getting the freight out and not going over trailers and it is all day, every day.

We have the best service center manager in the company. He excels at balancing conflict and everything good and bad that goes on and runs the operation perfectly. We have the best driver trainer in the company also. He makes sure everyone knows how to do their job right and he is friendly.
