some temporary employees make more then people who have been here for 5 yrs and worked their tails off. Respect would be nice. If you quiet you get over looked no matter how hard you work,

communication would be nice, if something changes say something. Do not belittle others, showing up to work on time and everyday, others who work their tails off get punished with more hours and less help who people call in
